To help us provide a fast and efficient furniture removal and recycling service, please follow these guidelines:

• Like-for-Like Removal – We can only remove and recycle furniture when a matching replacement is purchased from us (e.g., an office stool when a new office chair is purchased).
• Empty All Storage Furniture – Any items with built-in storage must be completely emptied before collection.
• Disassembly Where Possible – If feasible, please disassemble large items before our team arrives.
• Clear Access Route – Ensure the delivery team has a clear, unobstructed path from the room to the road. If the item cannot be disassembled indoors, check that there are no restrictions preventing safe removal.
